As great as it is to have deep discussions, if these ideas never turn into action, then you’d have to wonder just how deep those discussions were in the first place? This company wasn’t formed for the sake of moving product, the product was formed to support its mission of connection, openness, and empathy. Right now, even if you aren’t black, even if you aren’t American, even if this does not affect you at all, you can still take a stand.
